The center is an integrated system established by Resolution No. 6/2023 of the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Its mandate is to empower entrepreneurs and promising talents to become a driving force in the Omani economy. The vision for establishing the center aligns with the renewed vision launched by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, which aims to harmonize and integrate with partners and stakeholders from the public and private sectors and civil society organizations. This integration seeks to transform social investment from practices with limited results to sustainable programs and initiatives in terms of models, management, delivery, and outcomes.
